Jeremiah began his career as a Technology Entrepreneur at the age of 11 when he started creating Apple Computer training manuals for teachers at the Norwalk-LaMirada Unified School District, where his father was a Bilingual Elementary School Teacher. From an early age, Jeremiah possessed a keen aptitude for a wide range of technologies and has since developed specialized expertise the in areas low-level systems programming, database architecture, digital security, web application development, and enterprise systems design. His expert knowledge, which includes emerging technologies, allows Jeremiah to spearhead innovative solutions that support the paradigm shift for businesses into the digital age. As one of the world's leading security analysts, Jeremiah has also worked closely with Federal Government Agencies to adopt web application security best practices and enact legislation in the effort to maintain and uphold consumer privacy.

Deepu is responsible for operations of DBG's outsourced software development services and talent acquisition / sustainability platform. He is also a founding member of DBG's sister company (Jangle Software Solutions, Pvt. Ltd.) based in Trivandrum, India. His advanced engineering skill-sets include success as a software & solutions architect for some of the most leading and innovative CMM level companies in India. Deepu also has extensive background in architecting Government IT systems and was an early implementer of several software development practices and management procedures at the onset of the outsourcing boom in India. Deepu's talents expand beyond the software industry as a renowned chess player and karate black belt and was elected as the Leader of Student's Union several times during his college years. Deepu is a front-runner of various cultural, social reforming and charity organizations throughout his hometown of Trivandrum, India.
